Representing the Nicosia office, the Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the station in the day-to-day functions while promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.
You will provide secretarial support to the managers office including the handling of confidential and sensitive issues which will require a high degree of discretion and tact. Also admin support to the department is key, resulting in smooth and effective day-to-day operations.

The incumbent will also play an important role in the communication, planning and execution of all marketing activities and events for the station.
We require a minimum of 2 year experience in an administrative role with excellent spoken and written English skills. Certificate in computer applications and administration services or a degree in Marketing will be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken) is essential for this role. You must also have the right to live and work in Cyprus to be considered for this role.

The candidate must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions, conversant with the principles and techniques, maintains confidentiality and able to make independent judgments/decisions in absence of supervision. You will maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times both with internal and external clients.We require a minimum of 2 year experience in an administrative role with excellent spoken and written English skills.
